Scope
This policy covers information collected through minerva-x-tech.com, which is a single marketing page and a problem-intake form. There is no account system, no login, and no customer portal on this site. Work carried out under a signed engagement is governed by that engagement's own agreement, not by this page.
What we collect
When you submit the problem-intake form, we receive:
- What you enter. Your name, work email address and organisation, and the problem description. Optionally your role or title, the outcome you are looking for, an indicative timeline, and a reference link.
- Where the enquiry came from. The page you submitted from, the page you first landed on, the referring site, and any campaign parameters (utm_source and similar) present in the URL.
- Basic technical context. The time of submission, the country your request came from, your browser's user-agent string, and a one-way hash of your IP address. We store the hash rather than the address itself; it lets us rate-limit abuse without keeping a record of where you were.
Please don't include confidential or sensitive information at this stage. A first enquiry does not need proprietary detail to be useful, and this form is not the right channel for anything covered by a confidentiality obligation. If a conversation needs that detail, we will put an NDA in place first.
Why we use it
To read your enquiry, assess whether it is something we can usefully work on, and reply to you. Campaign and referrer information tells us which channels bring in relevant problems. The hashed IP address and the spam checks on the form exist to keep the channel usable.
We do not sell this information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to build a marketing profile or add you to a mailing list.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare hosts the endpoint that receives the form, the database the enquiry is stored in, and the Turnstile check that screens out automated submissions.
- Resend delivers the notification email to our inbox.
- Amazon Web Services serves the page itself.
- Google Analytics 4 records anonymous usage of the page. It is told when a form is started, submitted, succeeds or fails, and which campaign the visit came from. It is never sent your name, email address, organisation or problem description.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as they are commercially relevant, and reviewed periodically. Enquiries that do not lead to a conversation are deleted within 24 months. Rate-limiting counters are discarded within hours.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what you submitted, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@minerva-x-tech.com and we will action the request. Deleting an enquiry removes it from our database; it does not retract a reply already sent.
Cookies
The page itself sets no cookies. Google Analytics sets its own to distinguish one visit from another. The form keeps the campaign parameters from your first page view in your browser's session storage so the enquiry can be attributed correctly; that entry is discarded when you close the tab.
